Usually they're mandated to not invest in anything under $100m at least (some have bigger mandates like $300m) so it wouldn't come up on their screens
That's often why stocks at the lower end of town are often unusually undervalued, there's a lack of research and interest in them from the "big boys" simply because they're unable to invest due to their mandates (not because they don't think it's a good company)
