regarding the manufacturing facility in the States, that rang a bell with me, too.
However, looking back at some announcements, in mid-late 2021 they talk a bit about market entry in the US by "establishing warehousing and logistic solutions". Then, in the Feb 2022, they announce the construction of the new manufacturing facility. In the same announcement they talk about US based distribution etc.
the trick is, they don't actually directly say where this manufacturing facility is based. In the headline bullets they call it an "upgrade to the existing facilities" (presumably in WA). But in the body text they say they have "approval to commence construction of a new new clean room" with no indication of where it's based. All the other info in that announcement is about US based entry and distribution.
So I get where that confusion may have come from.
i didn't read all the previous announcements thoroughly, so possible I missed more details.
