Absolutely get it. Good on you for buying at such decent levels. We have differing perspectives, but acknowledge those good levels gives you greater manoeuvrability in your investment decisions.
We are all scratching our heads on the lack of return on OCC. It really is as simple as sentiment, because the business improvements not being accompanied by increased valuations (and plenty of interviewed brokers when it gets looked at, albeit 2 minute takes, have looked at it and said its a buy).
