I’m sorry, Pete, but have to disagree with you on your theory of "...likely means loss of revenue for someone due to reduced visits." While there maybe a small number of dodgy dentists out there that would enact this sort of profiteering behavior, it’s simply not the way any reputable and professional Orthodontist/dentist acts. The reality is is that the uptake of any new medical device, like you said, is extremely slow going and momentum in sales takes years.
