I can answer this, mate.
Surplus volume showed the 2.1m this morning in pre, yet there was never any such sell on the stack. Very rarely have I seen that before, and given the fact that any time I've bought at 37 lately the sell side either never changes or is refilled instantly codifies an ice berg seller. I had wondered the very same thing as you, until I checked this morning. Had to log out and in again just to check I wasn't seeing things.
