Recall that JVDW stated he wanted to sure up the register with shareholders that have stronger conviction. We now have the WA University on board as well as our "Strategic" investors at 37c in additional to the poison pill from BH safeguarding any takeover.
PA will be looking for an exit strategy no doubt about it, but not now, not at these prices and not until he's created some substantial value for himself the good professor. They've put too many years and too much hard work into this company to leave with anything but a very good payout. PA's always sort of run this company akin to a privately listed company, and for good reason as him and the Prof. are the top two holders. This is where shareholder align with Mgt.
Looks like we have a gap in the chart now. Some consolidation around these levels would be nice to see.
