I think investors are a little sick of the waiting and with little information from management, hence the shitty sp of 33 cents. Nothing has changed except we are just that little closer to approvals and or a Joint Venture, this year hopefully

Yep, buy in whilst you can. UNless the US market collapses (unlikely with silly Fed) you will never see these prices again.
