Its just representative of how off the boil OCC has gone. There is literally no interest. The market is ambivalent at best, but more rather just unaware of OCC. Should a long suffering shareholder watching gains elsewhere want out they have to sell down 3-5% through the prevailing price. The same lack of liquidity makes OCC a steal if you know announcements are coming and the stock will quickly run as it did last year to $0.60+. We know announcements are coming....late as usual, but coming....
