"While we wait for US approvals and J+J, why are organic sales still stuck on the launch pad?"

Because for years they were not focused on organic growth enough, a point I have laboured with management for ages. To be honest to give you some micro insight, I literally had to plead to get ATI in 2014 with a specialist to give me a referral. I had to organise OCC and fly to a Melbourne Radiologist despite living in Sydney and coordinate myself with OCC. That translates to poor sales overall, but that experience is far different to today.

Its vastly changed now. ATI is available via Sports Specialists, Radiologists etc in rooms in all major cities in Australia. You have to remember ATI is still only available via the TGA special access scheme, but that should change soon and the recent full recruitment in the J&J trial is a significant milestone on that journey. The initial results from the randomised trial (I am hoping we get something soon) will help in FDA and TGA applications - the latter for which a randomized trial of surgery vs ATI in tennis elbow is well underway.

We should get TGA approval for CelGro dental very shortly, and the USA by year end, so with Europe already in hand hopefully we will see some growth in CelGro dental sales globally.
