1. "(you even showed yourself to be unfamiliar with Cook and Purdham's approaches to tendinopathy which is scary given your profession) " What a load of crap , show me a post or provide evidence to that accusation. 2nd year uni you learn that and I also did a course with Prof Gill cook a few years ago haha. I know you are so proud of yourself to know the basic tendon models which were developed, like almost all tendon research, from physiotherapists...not surgeons ect.

2. You sent me a literature review which is equivalent to a book on the level of evidence (lowest) and cherry picked a sentence to justify the physiology behind ATI and what I remember tenocytes. I agrued that the increase of tenocytes are immature (not good for tensile loading) and are known to be increased in pathological tendons.

3. Your experience does not mean that ATI works, there are multiple variables in play and that is not good enough. Nor is the study they produced. The market has shown that.

4. Stop misleading people, you might be biased due to your experiences and want to believe that ATI has been proven to be as good as you think it is. But I am sorry, the evidence does not stack up. I made MULTIPLE posts critiquing the ATI study.
