Book value on latest numbers from Yahoo Financial is $6.53 so plenty room to see multiples move up...
Fair value from Simply Wall Street is over $25... This is very near 3 times present book Value about 3.5 times ...and present return on equity about 22% which is good...I would be happy with a price projection of up to about $21 ..but a lot happier with twice book ie about $13. ..This is a lot higher than present price ..giving plenty wriggle room above the present price of about $8. Present Fundamentals are solid and projections at this time are good ... but the big picture can always change impacting the price of Met coal..such as tariffs and demand from China and India for Met-Coal...as we all know it's a moving picture and the Chinese demand may slow down with China's slowing GNP...of course as a central demand driven economy China may boost growth growth rates as it has done in the past. There are few constants in Investment. All the Best to All.
