Have started to monitor another group of G8 centres.
This group has centres in 5 states. Across 5 states the group offers 180 days of care per week. The number of fully occupied days per week out of a possible 180 is 11. Again, number of vacancies within days is unavailable.
IMO the last quarter of the year, appears to be the preferred time for settlement of new acquisitions. Earnings from those acquisitions, would, IMO boost income figures in the first 6 months the following year and mask any drop, in income caused by low occupancy.
