This whole debacle could have been avoided if SGL had off come to the table when Cottee asked SGL directors to talk.
From Cottee:
"Most the deficiencies identified by the Panel, in QGC's view, are the result of SGL's failure to communicate meaningfully with QGC on its criticisms of QGC's documents (even though QGC sought discussions). If SGL had told QGC what they ultimately told the Panel and adopted a reasonable approach rather than refusing to talk, the Panel proceedings would probably have been unnecessary."
We have SGL holders knocking QGC management but when you look at it from this angle, who is to blame?
SGL holders if I had a team like that looking after my money I wouldn't sleep at night!
Cheers
