I agree with what u are saying that Israel has annexed territory but from an International point of view it is occupied ...that is why the IDF have the jurisdiction and administration over that territory and not the civilian govt.
I was fortuitous for Netanyahu that this accord happened as it appears as payback to Trump for moving the US embassy to Jerusalem!
Netanyahu is still manipulating these Arab States by stressing annexation is still on the table...that to me is still duress!
