Hi Batman,

this is certainly one of the more puzzling IO stocks out there.

1. RIO have guaranteed to take 1.5million tonnes per year.
2. The ore is there.

In this crazy market, people believe bad news!

On the one hand: BHP announces record result, and further profit growth.
On the other hand: An analyst says the commodities boom is over.

The market believes the negative story.
Crazy in my opinion .. but I believe sentiment will change over time.

Ocean Equities are excellent iron ore researchers based in London. I haven't seen the IOH report, but their reports are well worth reading.
