    Ozz given the big back flip after the company said it would use debt funding cause they didn't want to dilute at these low prices to the rights issue to reduce the need to draw down any of said $100m facility I can only deduce there are some very unpalatable conditions attached to the on face value nice facility at 7% interest rate
