Janti,

if you are going to add in O/W options, then you also need to add them, the options, into the total shares on issue, so that would be a total of 273,356,232= shares + Rights +Options. It does not include the shares( 6,376,811) to be issued to Sino Steel for the power plant & some of the construction.

OK have another go Janti, have to go and fill out my rights forms and send them off.
