Would OW be able to go to the underwriter and fill themselves up to the 19.9% through them?
It would prob cost a bit more that way I presume so they would try to buy rights and put in for extra.
The conspiracy theorists on the negative side see this as a chance for the Chinese (all 3 companies) to load up to their maximum allocation.
If that happens we have a very successfull raising.
If it doesnt happen we will have a successfull raising and the negative posters worrying about Chinese control (non holders arnt really worried just trying to create something that isnt there) can take a break.
