May I suggest you also explore a scenario where OW get's to @19% NOT INCLUDING the options which they will have the right to convert at a future time down the track. Depending on how many shares might be left with the underwriter at that point it will be interesting to see if a new entity appears to take up the remainder.

I enjoy reading your posts oz and although we pretty much don't agree on much CDU, thanks again for sharing your views. May I ask you why you feel that any one of the large shareholders (say Oceanwide) would care for a share price any higher than where it is now until say 2015 (if that)? It would seem to me that as they are primarily interested in the copper supply from CDU it would serve them no good to have a $3 share price when further increases in shareholding and possible additional funding may well be required. No??

I still hold half of my holdings oz and do expect to make money from these levels but it always surprises me how different the views on here are about how that might happen. Good luck........
