Obviously the last couple of days are extremely positive for mining stocks, and gold has bounced nicely off support too. This stock is producing gold, making money and if we knew the gold price is anywhere above US1000oz on an ongoing basis then on next years earnings as an unhedged gold producing machine this thing should be double what it is worth today (see recent presentations they have done and make up your own mind on this).
Can't help but think some of the last couple of days increase in the share price may have been due to a newsletter bringing this attention of a few punters (International speculatorbeing one) who want to get long some safe gold producing stocks with upside JORC announcements possibly to come.
NB I hold a few of these and my posts are generally far too optimistic so DYOR.
