Yahua International if you don't know has invested in Oceana Lithium. Yahua is one of the suppliers of Tesla and recently signed a 5 year deal with Tesla to supply $630m to $880m worth of battery grade lithium ddroxide.
Some notes on the project.
Solonopole is in Brazil, tradationally good lithium mining areas with high grades of lithium oxide. Closest port is Port Farlaleza, about 275km away but easily accessible via a paved road.
Nappery Project is in NT Australia. Close proximity to billion dollar CXO's Pine Creek Pegmatite. Good infrastructure via Stuart Highway and Tanami highway, close to Central Australian Railway with access to Darwin Port.
