    This could be old news UNLESS there has been a new incident which the company has not reported to the ASX. From memory I think it was Oxfarm who raised some issues re the mine last year but OGC indicated these issues arose under the previous owners who were taken over by Oceana ( forget the name of the company and don't have the time to go back through the records). Hope that's what its about.
