Over the last year a number of Hot copper postings expressed concern that there were confusing messages as to the accurate number of apartments that had sold, and similar confusion regarding the remaining number available for sale. Some of this confusion arose because it was not always clear as to how many of the 'off the plan' settlements were included in the company pronouncements, or how many of the 'sales' were actually yet-to-be settled contracts.
Apart from the company pronouncements or press releases,the company did provide,through its Oceanique website, a helpful list of avaialable apartments. The data on that list also showed recent sales, lots under contract or 'on hold'.
This list went some way to removing confusion.

However in early November the information on the list had not changed since August. The August info showed that of the 31 lots listed, 1 had sold, one was 'on hold' and 2 were under contract.
The list now appears to have been removed from the Website altogether.
Updating of the website list would have been extremely simple,and probably require no more effort than deleting the list.
Why would the company want to witdraw this information from potential buyers ,shareholders and existing Oceanique residents?
Information and transparancy is pre-requisit to trust.
Lets hope that this helpful website inclusion is only temporarily removed.
