Interesting that they have valued in accounts at average of circa $900,000. Nice apartments I am considering buying one. problem is dont want to go too early when there remains so many for sale. Past experience tells me they will get cheaper still at some future point of capitulation.
With the company on verge of either administration or massive dilutionary new issue, i will keep my powder dry for now. Suspect that many others looking at purchasing Oceanique apartments in the same boat.
