Ocean has been much up to date with the happenings of UMC so I value their input highly.

I also think that BHP is involved in this and that we can expect a shareprice around the $1.90 imho.

If and hopefully this will happen get a counter bid and we all know that we have at least three potential predators being the obvious BHP / Rio / and FMG.

Others like AGO maybe but more probably not.
The chinese are locked out due to foreign investment rules.

Lets hope we get our bidder, and at a reasonable price above the $1.35 mark, and then our dream scenario, that a second bid comes from one of our other two predators left standing.

And the ultimate dream scenario would be that, all three potential predators, who can gain the most from such a high grade first class resource, start to fight for UMC.

In that case, I will open a couple of bottles good red, and celebrate in a BIG way as we could even see our $3 valuation coming back.
