Indeed they will. But at what price? Why haven't they taken up their existing FIRB approved share issue in lieu of plant at $3.45? The thing is set up now for Sino to take 120m shares at $1.20 part cash part lieu of installation costs. Who else would finance the operation?

If that isn't going to happen, WM had better have a huge hat to take the size of rabbit he needs to pull out for financing.
