Fair point and is also why I stated earlier I didn't have a lot of hope in current climate of another bidder emerging come 1/1/16 and doubted the will of current management to reduce expenses enough to wait it out................
On the other hand I still think Todd maintain an interest based on other agreements that have come out and will make another offer (don't forget they own a sizeable stake in FMS)
I also believe this offer will not be what many on here want and I think best hint of this is OCJ's actions (read between the lines - but I'm just repeating myself)
I could be totally wrong but I have been trying to massage my (small) holdings to this way of thinking also................
Anyway, many views on here and who knows what will really happen - I'm sure we've all had shares that have completely gone down the gurgler (well I have) so all opinions well worth considering when planning your next actions..........
