Hi Heeman, yes perhaps a convertible note or something. We need more detail to access how good the deal is, like are the equity percentages quoted after the "equity like facility" has been converted to actual equity or before.

Japan/Korea focus , be nice if they had that lined up with a supporting Off take so it's not just seen as talk with no supporting substance.
