I don't wish to discredit Mark for the progress that we've come thus far. Being someone who has researched the area many years back, I'm very sure he knows this mine best. But i think he really doesn't have the financial experience in running a company. Firing him would do us no good for the mine operations.
I think he just needs a better team with people who know how to manage the finances and also people who can market the product and find better customers.
