I think you are right.

They are doing a recapitalization with 60M$ , with a share price of 0.082. That's around 700M new shares, which on top of the exisitimg ones (1300M) make around 2000M shares for dilution calcs.

The price (not value) prior the close was 107 M$, which included the debt. With a 60 M$ injection, the prices would be 167M$, even hgher if you tske into account that the debt would be removed, and its interest costs.
So my 2c is that share price would sit around 83-85 cents mark with the dilution.
The company value would be around 300M if we agree with GXY valuation, plus 60 fresh M$. So potentially SP coul head up towards the 0.15 cents/s.
