The Moroccan's are in a commanding position on the supply side with their solid/dominant ore reserves, and it appears they're a lot more commercially savvy now, compared to when they were virtually giving it away for US$50/t. The upside of that former low price was that AD could buy the rights to Wonarah for a relative song from Rio, I think it was Rio, though someone please correct me if I'm wrong on that.
Well the fact is we own it 100%, its now acknowledged as the largest known RP deposit in Aust, and all we need is time to get things going. To all the nay sayers, I simply say, time will tell all. Continue putting forward your opposing arguements but please do so with supporting evidence of your claims. On balance I see huge opportunity and am prepared to be patient. I see AD & his other board members as intelligent, experienced & well connected campaigners. If it can be done they will do it. Lets see where the sp is once metallurgical & chemical results confirm solid & quality DSO ore reserves for a number of years before beneficiation is required, so we have a low-cost entry point. And also once an offtake agreement is in place with a price that reflects a resumption of fertilizer demand/application later through this year & into 2010. Then there's ATEC! Now that's a bonus.
Yeah you get a sense that I'm a MAK convert, but I haven't always been that way. I took a lot of convincing and have engaged in considerable research, with plenty yet ahead of me. But in all that I've studied, I see opportunity, whilst still being aware of the risks.
