What really counts is whether the TOL is returned to operation. The rest is BS. IMO, It will be extremely unusual that the court will freeze the TOL even if it is going for JR. If such thing happens, Lynas has immediately to appeal and such a wrong decision will be overturned by the appeal court. It is inconceivable that Lynas will be considered guilty before even Judicial Review was even decided upon.
