As per latest anns:
"The applicants requested a brief adjournment to respond to those affidavits."
So we can all agree that today the applicants will need to respond to the affidavits provided by Lynas.
Assuming their response has merit the court will no doubt continue to another day as they will require time to make any decision.
Assuming their response has no substance or merit, which is very possible, could see a resolution today.
My gut feel is that it won't be resolved today either way, and the court will need a further week or 2 in order to make a conclusive decision once the applicants have provided their response and the courts have had time to digest and respond.
Again, happy to be wrong, im still short so need to be a little careful I guess.
Hope it goes the way of the holders today, but dont be surprised if it is delayed further.
