Im not a lawyers bum crack RVR, but you would assume as they already have a stay on the TOL. If the court now has to make a decision or digest SMSL's response how can they not grant the stay on the tol while they do that???
How could they say, yes you had a case 2 weeks ago, but now you dont even though were yet to make a decision on your response to the affidavit???
