A gut feel Warnie based on your position of short means nothing.
Hard for anyone to argue with the facts and opinions of experts on this one = the court will rule that the whilst there is lessons to be learnt, all has been done by the AELB and Lynas within the law and there is no credible evidence that safety has been compromised. IMHO and a gut feel based on my position of long = the start of the next exciting phase for Lynas.
