I think lower doses will be for weight/dose ratio (200mg for kids >8yr old). They have stated 800mg target dose, a starting dose of 400mg & titrated up, but what you are saying is right HS, will that be sustainable with AEs like increased oedema & BP, even in a paediatric dose? Sparensan is a new drug, Ibersartan has been around for many years & rather predictable in so many studies & being SOC for FSGS. This is something we would be trying to reduce - oedema with treatment.
