however you have left out one very important element and one that I have brought to everyone's attention recently just in case it happens again .....

as it did not that long ago to another company's option holders by an institution that is also a major shareholder in RRS now........

the suppressing of the shareprice to under 5 cents making the options not viable to exercise in order to underwrite those options at a discount, get a large stake in the company without paying for the options from the rightful holders and get paid a fee for it as well.......

by individuals/company's who turn out to be "undisclosed astute investors" in subsequent announcements.....

imo this is the only reason apart from the reasons you have mentioned the oppies will expire worthless.....
