yes LD I too remember those days. they're long gone and all the significance washed away over the neglectful years.
the unions are now the enemy of capitalism as it was in the 20s/30s.... the worker can earn as much as middle manager if working in the mines or can be paid as little as the boss can get away with elsewhere.
