Got a letter in the mail today indicating that Matrix Gold entered into a sale agreement with newly formed company called 'Octagonal Resources'

Apparently octagonal have acquired matrix's assets, and assets from other companies including Alliance Resources, Newmont and 'abbotsleigh pty ltd'. It's their intention to lodge an IPO this month..

probably nobody out there, however nowhere else to discuss this but on the thread of a failed IPO!... These guys seem to have acquired some solid projects..
