The documents for the Octaviar windup action would have been filed well over a weekor more ago, and now we have to learn of the PTQ's concerns about the sale of PIF to Wellington in a newspaper story. Also Wellington Investment Management Ltd was named as a respondent in an investors class action nearly a month ago.
WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE DISCLOSURE TO THE NSX LET ALONE INVESTORS!!!!!!!!!!
