Make of this what you will...

Institutions? Banks that had margined shares?Brokers borrowing shares? anyone know what other type of institution might be a former or present shareholder?

Could the reach of litigation extend outside OCV in any instance? because you would'nt start a class action with no funds there to claim losses... would you?

I am just an interested spectator and have no expertise in such matters.
Shareholders and interested participents might be well served by following progress made by those with more knowledge ....institutions? imo.
I am still hoping for a good outcome...believe it or not.
