This may not be neccessary if OCV ,already a shareholder of Stella, were re-gaining control?
I suppose it would depend on the structure of holdings.
Did owners [being apartment owners with MLR agreements] get the oppoortunity to approve Global Voyager ? or whatever entity sits at the top of the heap,financed? by funds being advised by CVC Asia Pacific.
Maybe they just changed names and financiers which wouldnt count as a transfer of management?
It could be as complicated as the PIF name changes and structure/RE change
......but Deloittes are dealing with OCV now.
