Hi Seamisty. I agree with you 100%. One of the problems here is the confusion caused by mixing up PIF and OCV issues.
With respect to PIF, I agree absolutely that there has been a serious lack of communication since Wellington took over. I would be surprised if the obvious agitation over this was not apparent to Hutson. So I think Wellington would be quite stupid if this communication issue was not addressed very quickly. And I do not think Hutson is an idiot!!
With respect to OCV, your description of the situation as King using PIF as his own private "piggy bank" is entirely apt. And the inept MFS Board did nothing about it (including Krecklenberg who sold all OCV shareholders down the drain by facilitating the firesale of Stella to CVC thereby incurring a $500+ mill loss). The whole MFS thing is just a disgrace and I hope someone goes to jail over it.
