The report appears to be regarding Infrustructure Funds and M West appears to quote from it...there seems to be no mention of MFS..Many of the subjects that appear to horrify investors regarding the "style" of operation are explained.It is worth reading.The complexity of these funds and their setup etc is also informative...

I also noted that riskmetrics is a listed company with anyalysts from Citi.
