    Strong US dollar is good for ausie Gold cause Aussie dollar is in the doghouse And Gold Is the only thing that protects you from further Aussie dollar weakening - and given the Chinese are sourcing iron ore etc elsewhere it wouldn't surprise if the aussie sinks lower!
