    Redflex directors yesterday signalled their intention to offer each shareholder up to $5000 of new shares. As redflex has about 3400 holders, that could raise as much as $16.9 million, although the take-up rate is never close to 100%.

    $5000 of shares at approx $3 per share.I wonder how well the take up would be.
