Well the DOW did not bounce and I do not see any lift coming from the US markets for a while yet.

I feel that PLA's fortunes are not however linked to the DOW which has risen by almost 30% while PLA share price has fallen 60%.

Production at SH is going in the right direction and Rooderand is developing into an interesting longer term project for PLA.

I cannot call the direction of the markets but PLA seems very cheap at these levels. A strong June quarterly and there are great gains from these levels. This is cheap enough now for me to consider again as a buy.
