I started by looking for "hot stocks 2017" online. PLS, AGY, AVZ and other Lithium related companies came up. It's a world wide boom and many would like to get a piece of the cake. ASX listed companies simply play a leading role.
However, first thing I learnt was DYOR. So you start digging into the different companies. Eventually finding different discussion boards like HC. Which is, IMO, a very good source of information once you ignore all the down rampers and focus on the facts. Great example is the Charts forum.
But to be honest, trading at ASX while living in Europe is not the best, especially if you work fulltime. Trading hours are from 1:30 to 8am. But it's ok if you go LT and don't do any day trading.
