PLS hascome down to it's 20 day moving average.
RSI below 60, finally.
Only thing preventing a buy is the MACD which is looking increasingly bearish.
Bollinger Bands are still quite wide.
If you look at the last time PLS hit the 80's Volume wasn't as sharply high as it is now. Sentiment is bullish, there could be another leg up to come. Once again, RSI will tell the story before MACD. Keep an eye on it.
