My calcs had either Oct 8 or Nov 8 about, seems like the first was probably the correct calculation by that article.
By the way VXO got under 20 tonight so some sort of US top even if temp unless it sells off hard tonight and gives a much higher VXO close.
20 would seem to be the base or market high of any move.
